Privacy Policy
801 PLANET ("the Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable law (Korea's PIPA). This policy applies to the website at 801pla.net.
1. What we collect
The contact form collects name, email, optional company, message, and the type and content identifier (slug or Resource ID) of the page where the inquiry began. Viewing a Resources self-assessment result stores the resource ID and version, checked criterion IDs, computed result, locale, random response ID, and submission time. If you request the result by email, email is required; name, company, and role are optional. Browser and request signals are processed to detect automated submissions. Browsing analytics are collected only with consent and include pages visited, device type, interaction data such as clicks and scrolls, and session replay data. Input areas that may contain personal information are masked.
2. How we use it
We use data to respond to inquiries, identify the referring content for an inquiry, calculate and store self-assessments, deliver requested result emails, and improve resources through aggregate analysis. A result-email request authorizes only that transactional delivery and is not consent to sales follow-up. You may request a consultation separately from the email link or contact form.
3. Separation of responses and leads
Assessment responses are stored without a name or email by default. When you request email delivery, your contact profile is kept as a separate, email-unverified Lead record, and a Lead–Resource relationship record links it to the relevant resource and response. This request does not make the Lead eligible for sales follow-up. The public website has no response or Lead lookup feature.
4. Retention
Assessment responses are retained for up to one year from submission, while result-email Leads are retained for up to one year from the latest request. Lead–Resource links do not outlive their linked response. Inquiry data is kept for one year after the engagement ends. Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity retains playback data for 30 days and click data, heatmaps, and labeled or favorited sessions for nine months, unless a different period is required by law.
5. Service providers
We use AWS DynamoDB to store assessment responses and Leads, Resend to deliver result and contact emails, and Vercel BotID to detect automated submissions. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics for visit analytics. Clarity data helps us understand how people use the site and where they encounter problems. Each provider's security and privacy terms apply.
6. Safeguards
Data is protected in transit and at rest. The production application is limited to the single-response storage and read operations and Lead relationship writes it needs, while operational access is restricted to authorized administrators.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and may decline analytics cookies in the banner. Contact: ed@801pla.net
